Tim Clifford's "Over The Horizon" is a 4-color limited edition silkscreen print created for WGXC.
The print is based on warning signs signaling dangerous levels of high-intensity
radio waves. These signs were found on the perimeter of the U.S. Navy’s R.O.T.H.R.
(Remote Over The Horizon Radar) installation on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico.
